Using the imagicam Online Album service will do this, but you still need to inform your customers of this fact which is why imagicam have developed the Album Sales Tool.

The imagicam Sales Tool, Option 7 of the Album Management Area (A.M.A.) Menu (left), is a simple application that generates customised emails for your customers informing them about the Online Album service you can now offer.

To your customers, it will appear that the message came direct from your business email account and replies are sent there too.

  
You will be presented with the form below. Simply complete the details of your customer and their event. To simplify things further, your contact details are auto-populated to save you having to complete them every time!!  
 
Once complete, simply press the 'Generate Message' button and the text of your email will be automatically generated as shown below. If so desired, any of the text may be edited from within the text area.  
 
Once this is complete (and it only takes a minute), all which remains is to press the 'Send Message' button and we will do the rest!!
